A monthly gathering of women for the stories within us asking to be told as they are.
To come into connection with our voice as it is. No preparation, no polishing, no editing, no performance, no justifying, no outcome. Just expression as the path of practicing naturalness and communion with our voice. This is the doorway for each story to emerge from.
In an intimate space 5 women will tell their story from the living archive of their human experience. Each Story Circle will last about two hours and will meet on Zoom.
The Flow of Story Circle
The circle will begin with an opening ceremony to connect, ground, and settle into both yourself and the circle. Next, there will be a guided inner journey to retrieve the story you will tell. Each woman will have fifteen-ish minutes to share her story while being witnessed, held, and seen. After each story, I will offer reflections before we move to the next storyteller. Once every story has been told, I will invite anyone who feels called to share their experience of telling, being witnessed, and listening. Finally, we will close Story Circle together.
Who is Story Circle for?
꩜ For the person who wants to bring life to their stories by sharing from the archive of their human experience.
꩜ For the person who wants to be witnessed and remember themselves.
꩜ For the person who wants to express their voice as an offering of what lives inside of them.
꩜ For the person who wants to experience what becomes visible when we are fully heard.
꩜ For the person who wants to play with expression, engage in spontaneity, and make space for the unique form and shape of who they are to emerge through their voice.

We all know that when women gather together in a circle, magic happens. Story Circle is for women who are looking for support in a new way - beyond therapy, coaching, and self-improvement. It gives to women what we all crave: a safe and supportive sisterhood where we can be fully seen and witnessed in deep presence, exactly as we are in that moment. There is no performing and no perfecting: Just a deep trust that exactly what needs to come up will arise, and we will be held in our unfurling. Story Circle is also an amazing way to practice communicating in a more feminine, circular way, rather than the more masculine, linear way most of us have been taught through our school systems. Story Circle is healing in unexpected ways. It feels like a return to something ancient and forgotten that is so needed in our modern world.

I was never encouraged to take space. If anything, I could be scolded for that. It's only natural that I feel self-conscious about telling my stories. I even took on the idea that I don't have stories to tell. Crazy, right?! Story Circle is the antidote for that. It's a safe, intimate container to practice telling our stories, just as they are. Without judgement, pressure, or rules. If you know deep in your bones that you have a story to tell, but feel hesitant and intimidated to do so, I invite you to join the next one. You'll love it!
